Detail Vibe is a Mexican and German company, headquartered in León, Guanajuato, Mexico, with a distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, dedicated to the development, manufacturing and marketing of professional automotive care products.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By using this website, the user declares that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any of the points set out here, we recommend that you do not use the site or make purchases on it.

3. Products and availability

All products shown on www.detailvibe.com are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Detail Vibe will notify the customer and offer the following alternatives:

• A substitute product of equal or greater value, or

• The full refund of the amount paid.

The colors, textures, or presentations shown on the site may vary slightly due to screen settings or batch changes in manufacturing.

4. Prices and payments

All published prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD) depending on the corresponding market.
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments via:

• Credit and debit cards

• Bank transfer

• Secure electronic platforms (PayPal, Stripe or other authorized platforms)

Payment processing is subject to validation and authorization by the issuing bank and the payment platform.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made through certified and reliable courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, availability, and external conditions. Detail Vibe will not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, customs, transportation, or force majeure). The customer will receive an email with the tracking number to track their shipment.

6. Returns and guarantees

We only accept returns in the following cases:

· The product arrived damaged or with a factory defect.

· The product received does not match the order.

To process a return, the customer must contact support@detailvibe.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing photographic evidence and order number.

Returns are not accepted for used, opened, or damaged packaging products.

Warranty:
Our products are formulated and tested to deliver maximum performance when used correctly. Detail Vibe is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or use outside of the recommendations on the packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, images, trade names, and designs, is the property of Detail Vibe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written authorization.

8. Use of the website

The user agrees to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of third parties or affect the site's operation. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who misuse the portal.

9. Limitation of liability

Detail Vibe will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of its products or website, including data loss, service interruptions, or misuse of the products.

10. Applicable Legislation

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. In case of dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of León, Guanajuato, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
